第八届IEEE智能交通工程国际会议 | "新技术赋能交通智慧低碳发展"
On the morning of October 29th, the 8th International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering, co-sponsored by Beijing University of Technology and Beijing Jiaotong University；hosted by Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Transportation Engineering (FACTE), Beijing University of Technology, opened at the BJUT SCI—TECH BUILDING!
The theme of this conference is "Empowering Smart and Low-Carbon Development of Transportation through New Technologies". Keynote Speakers and representatives in attendance were discussed future trends in the field of smart transportation, including urban intelligent transportation, traffic safety, vehicle networking, vehicle-road coordination, and autonomous driving. They will also summarize past experiences, inspire new ideas, and explore future development directions.
10月29日上午，由北京工业大学、北京交通大学、IEEE联合主办，北京工业大学城市建设学部承办的第八届IEEE智能交通工程国际会议在北京工业大学科技大厦开幕！此次大会主题是“新技术赋能交通智慧低碳发展”，与会专家及代表们将就城市智能交通、交通安全、车联网、车路协同与自动驾驶等智能交通领域研讨未来的发展趋势以及总结过往经验，启发新的灵感，探讨今后的发展方向。

The conference opened with a speech by Professor Yanyan Chen, the conference chair and the dean of the College of Urban Transportation at Beijing University of Technology. This was followed by a welcome speech from Professor Liu Liu, the vice dean of the School of Telecommunications at Beijing Jiaotong University. The opening ceremony was hosted by Dr. Hao Mingyang from Beijing University of Technology.

During the keynote session, four experts gave presentations and engaged in in-depth discussions with the attendees. Professor Mao Guoqiang, Professor Yang Kun, Professor Huang Helai and Associate Professor Deng Junjun. Their presentations covered topics such as "Road-vehicle Collaboration - On the Way to Smart Transportation and Autonomous Driving," "Data-driven 6G Native Intelligence," "Road Safety Research: History and Future," and "Low Carbon Technology and Carbon Emission Accounting Method for New Energy Vehicles."
主旨报告环节，智慧交通研究院院长、西安电子科技大学毛国强教授；欧洲科学院院士、英国埃塞克斯大学主席教授、电子科技大学国家特聘教授杨鲲；智慧交通湖南省重点实验室主任中南大学黄合来教授；北京理工大学机械与车辆学院邓钧君副教授四位专家分别以“Road-vehicle Collaboration - On the Way to Smart Transportation and Autonomous Driving ”、“Data-driven 6G Native Intelligence “、”Road Safety Research: History and Future ”、“Low Carbon Technology and Carbon Emission Accounting Method for New Energy Vehicles “为主题的报告和与会代表进行了深入探讨。

The conference was held both online and offline, attracting over 110 experts and scholars from around the world. In addition to keynote speeches, there were 2 invited presentations, 98 author presentations, poster exchanges, and 5 online sessions. The conference focused on hot topics such as 6G cellular networks, connected autonomous vehicles, deep reinforcement learning, Internet of Things, and autonomous driving prediction technology.
此次大会以线下线上形式进行，吸引了来自国内外110余名专家学者参会，除主旨报告外，还有2名特邀报告，98名作者报告会，海报交流以及5场线上分会，会议聚焦6G蜂窝、联网自动驾驶汽车、深度强化学习、物联网、自动驾驶预测技术等热点话题。ICITE会议作为智能交通工程领域一年一次的国际学术盛会，为世界各地的研究学者、工程师和科学家提供了一个能交流最新研究成果，探讨学术观点，建立商务关系，发展国际合作，实现科学及产业成果融合交流、协同进步。
10月29日晚宴及颁奖典礼，由北京工业大学陈龙老师主持，优秀学生论文奖、最佳口头报告和最佳海报奖依次揭晓，获奖人均获得证书的嘉奖。
