Transportation is crucial to the function of any city, and the development of intelligent transportation is a critical part of advancing smart city initiatives. By leveraging new generation technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, intelligent transportation systems are able to perceive, connect, analyze, predict, and control more effectively. This leads to better utilization of transportation infrastructure, increased efficiency and management of transportation systems, and stronger support for sustainable economic development and smooth public travel. Intelligent transportation has become a key focus of transportation construction nationwide, and as new technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and 5G continue to advance, the field of intelligent transportation is entering an era of efficient integration and development.
The International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Engineering (ICITE) aims to discuss the future development trends of intelligent transportation, including traffic safety, vehicle-to-vehicle communication, vehicle-road coordination, and autonomous driving. The conference also seeks to build on past experiences, inspire new ideas, and explore future directions for the field. Specific topics will include 6G cellular networks, networked autonomous driving cars, deep reinforcement learning, the Internet of Things, and autonomous driving prediction technology. ICITE will provide an international platform for researchers, engineers, and scientists to showcase their work, exchange ideas, establish academic viewpoints, and create business relationships and international cooperative partnerships.
The ICITE 2025 will be held in Beijing, China during October 24-26, 2025 and is sponsored by Beijing University of Technology, China; hosted by College of Metropolitan Transportation, Beijing University of Technology, China. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in discussions, establish connections, and contribute to the ongoing development of intelligent transportation engineering. Manuscript submissions are welcome.
